Is this meant to be washed off after a certain amount of time, or can we apply it and wear it all day?

Answer:

This should not be washed off. You wear it all day until you are ready to wash your face or take a bath. I love it. I apply it in the morning and then put a moisturizer on top of it. You only need to use a few drops.
